Lexus ES350 2007-2012 Engine Oil Change-out

Task Plan for Engine Oil Chang-out:

• Park the car in a level ground.
• Support the tire with wedge to stop any form of movement.
• Carry out Pre-maintenance Inspection and report findings to customer.
• Start the car ignition and warm it for like 2 minutes.
• Position oil drain pan below engine oil drain plug.
• Open drain plug cover and drain out old oil from the engine.
• Cork back engine oil drain plug
• Remove old engine oil filter.
• Install new engine oil filter.
• Fill engine with fresh engine oil as per the API specification.
• Cover back engine oil filling opening.
• Start engine to steam for like 2 minutes
• Carry out pre-delivery inspection and report findings to customer.
• Deliver car to customer.

Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

• Avoid spilling engine oil
• Avoid direct correct of oil with your skin

• Oil drain pan
• Wrenches Size xxx

Materials Required:

• Engine Oil – X Liters
• Engine Oil Filter – 1 piece
