DESCRIPTION
A one part component with special design to withstand temperature up to 650ºF. It forms any size and shape gasket which is resistant to both high temperature and high pressure. Resists cracking, shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling. Withstands temperature from -80ºF up to 650ºF intermittent. Dries securely as gasket.
DESCRIPTION
A 100% silicone that cures in atmospheric moisture to a durable, flexible rubber. It is weather resistance and remains flexible from temperature of 75°F to 500°F. HARDEX® Clear Silicone provides excellent adhesion to most non-porous materials such as metal, glass, ceramic, rubber, wood and other household materials.

Usage Instructions

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil or grease.

Pierce the tube seal with the reverse end of the cap and attach the nozzle.

Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size (1/16″–1/8″).

Apply an even bead around the perimeter of the mating surface.

Assemble parts once the silicone has skinned (~15 minutes).
